Returns, Exchanges and Cancellation

Thank you for shopping with us at London Rebel. We endeavour to do all that we can to hope you love your purchase(s). However, if you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with tags intact. Once items are returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, are not in original condition, or have their security tags removed.

Please ensure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service that provide you with a proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. Please allow 3-5 working days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

 

Changed your mind? Your right to cancel.

We understand that you may change your mind about something you have bought online.

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of placing your order if you simply change your mind. We can offer a refund (excluding cost of delivery) and request that you return the item(s) unused and with the security tags intact to us at your own cost. Please ensure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service that provide you with a proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. Please allow 3-5 working days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

Faulty Items

Customers are entitled to a full refund up to 30 days after receiving the goods if they turn out to be faulty.

Delivery costs will also be refunded where you have paid for the service or selected an “Express”-type service as per your requirements in which case the standard cost of delivery will apply.

Please contact us via email web@londonrebel.co.uk or call us on 0800 849 4151. Please provide your Order Number (begins LRO#) as well as much information as you can regarding the fault, including images where possible to enable us to advise you quickly and correctly the best method for resolution.

We will contact you in writing to confirm the next actionable steps.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges only apply for the same item in a different size or colour.

You have 30 days from when you received your item(s) to make an exchange. Simply drop us an email web@londonrebel.co.uk or call us on 0800 849 4151 to confirm the return of your goods for exchange.

We simply request that you return the item(s) unused and with the security tags intact to us at your own cost. Please ensure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service that provide you with a proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. Please allow up to 2 working days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed by us.

Refunds

We are not obliged to give you a refund until we receive the products back from you or we receive evidence from you that you have sent them back to us. We strongly recommend you send the products using a secure or trackable method - i.e. Recorded/Special Delivery - and that you retain your proof of postage.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days where your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within approximately two days of being processed. Depending on your bank, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Please note that we are unable to issue refunds to expired bank cards - in this instance, we will issue the amount paid to you as online credit or gift card.

Faulty items will be refunded in full, including delivery charges where you have paid for the service or selected an “Express”-type service as per your requirements in which case the standard cost of delivery will apply as well as the cost incurred by you in returning them to us.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable, but not limited to):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 6 months after receipt.

 

Exclusions

  • Gift cards
  • Items that have had their security tags removed.

 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

How to Return:

To advance your return, fill in the Returns Form as provided in your delivery, detailing each item, quantity, and the reason code for return and place in the parcel along with your item(s). This will allow us to deal with your return quickly and efficiently.
